Education Committee: Evaluate and improve existing WCMA educational offerings, review workforce resources, and contribute ideas for future training programs. (Accepting Members)
Contest Committee: Plan and execute the World Championship Cheese Contest and the United States Championship Cheese Contest. (Currently Fully Enrolled)
Policy Committee: Shape WCMA policy initiatives and legislative agenda. (Accepting Members)
Supplier Committee: Assess and improve the International Cheese Technology Expo, the Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference, the WCMA Golf Outing & Trap Shoot and other WCMA events. (Currently Fully Enrolled)
Technology Committee: Explore regulatory and technical production issues within the dairy processing and industry supplier community. (Accepting Members)
Recognition Committee: Consider and recommend long-time industry leaders for honors from WCMA. (Currently Fully Enrolled)
