MADISON, WI – Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference organizers have extended early bird registration discounts by one week, making them valid through Monday, January 23. Registering now saves attendees 20% off passes to the conference’s largest-ever exhibit floor and most extensive offering of technical seminars.

Co-hosted by WCMA and the Center for Dairy Research, the Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference will be held April 12-13 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
WCIC 2017 features a sold-out exhibit floor with a record-breaking 272 booths. The conference offers a wide variety of educational opportunities, from the Artisan Cheesemakers Master Workshop to seminars focused on recruiting and retaining the best employees, marketing to millennials, food safety, cheese manufacturer challenges, global dairy trade, and new frontiers in milk and whey proteins. The conference is also home to the Collegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Contest and culminates in the U.S. Championship Cheese Contest Awards Banquet.

By entering the discount code CM45 at registration, an exhibits-only pass costs just $45. Exhibits-only registration will includes full access to the exhibit floor, lunch, and admission to the exceptional Chr. Hansen Championship Cheese Auction evening reception.
