Cooperation of Exhibitors
Honoring Official Functions
During official Exposition hours, exhibitors are strictly and expressly prohibited from conducting any privately scheduled display of merchandise or conducting any social functions away from the exhibit floor.
Off-hours Booth Entry
On April 23 & 24, 2008, exhibitor personnel (wearing name badges) may enter their booth between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Permission to enter the exhibits area beyond this time frame must be gained from a staff member of the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. Any persons granted permission to enter the exhibit floor must move directly to and remain in their own exhibit area. Exhibit guards will be briefed on the above policy.
Security & Liability
Security will be provided during published installation and dismantling hours, exhibit hours and all hours that the exhibits are closed April 23-24, 2008. However, each exhibitor will be responsible for their own property and personal safety at all times. Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and/or Alliant Energy Center shall not be liable for any injury or loss of or damage to any exhibitor's property due to any cause. Exhibitors are cautioned that small, portable objects of value should be properly secured or removed for safekeeping after exhibit hours, or whenever the booth is unattended. The exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and/or Alliant Energy Center from any and all damages and liability for anything whatsoever arising from or out of the occupancy of space by the exhibitor, or the exhibitor's agents or servants, and from any loss or damage arising from any fault or negligence by the exhibitor, or any failure on the exhibitor's part to comply with any of the covenants, terms and conditions herein contained, or otherwise whether or not it be caused by, or due to, the failure of the above-named or their agents or employees to perform any of these covenants herein expressed or implied.
Insurance
Insurance for the exhibitor's property and the exhibitor's protection, and insurance against any other liability or loss must be provided by the exhibitor and be at the exhibitor's expense.
