Exhibitor Package Details
The 2008 International Cheese Technology Expo will take place in Madison, Wisconsin's largest exhibition hall, the Alliant Energy Center (a non-unionized facility). Over 300 booths will be provided. (See Exhibit Floor Plan on page 4-5 for booth selections.) To keep the cost of booths as reasonable as possible, and to provide exhibitors the opportunity to appoint their booth as they see fit, each exhibit booth includes the following:
Booth Packages
Free Exhibitor passes are included with each booth as noted below:
- 1 Booth-1 Free Full Registration and 4 Exhibits Only Registrations
- 2 Booths-1 Free Full Registration and 8 Exhibits Only Registrations
- 3 Booths-1 Free Full Registration and 12 Exhibits Only Registrations
- 4 Booth Island or 4 Booth Peninsula-2 Free Full Registrations and unlimited Exhibits Only Registrations
- 6 Booth Island-3 Free Full Registrations and unlimited Exhibits Only Registrations
Also included:
- Draping (8 foot back drapes and 3 foot side drapes.)
- One two-line black and white sign in the booth with exhibitor's company name, city, state (or nation) and booth number.
- Alphabetical Company Listing and Description Listing in the Expo Official Program. Your company's full contact information and product information will be included in this comprehensive program.
- Category Listing. In the ICTE program your company will be listed under the categories that best describe your exhibit.
- Alphabetical listing on web page with free link back to your website.
Exhibitors must be members of the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association.*

* Membership dues can be accepted with booth purchase. Supplier dues are $400 for companies with sales less than $5 million and $500 for sales above $5 million. This is a twoyear membership beginning July 1, 2007.
Booth Assignments
The floor plan
for the International Cheese Technology Exposition has been designed to allow maximum traffic flow throughout the exhibits. Please review the floor plan prior to making a booth selection. Every effort will be made to accommodate each selection, but exhibitors are encouraged to note additional choices at locations around the exhibit floor. Exhibitors should include an indication of competitors to be avoided. Show management reserves the right to make any changes in exhibit space assignments that may be necessary.
Previous Exhibitor Priority
2006 ICTE Exhibitors that send in completed forms and payment by October 1 will be placed prior to new exhibitors. Booth selection will be made based on date of payment received. Sign up early for best results.
New Exhibitors
New exhibitors will be placed after all previous exhibitors signing up prior to October 1 have been placed. The exhibitor location will be based on date of payment received. Send in your payment today for best priority. WCMA will contact new exhibitors starting November 5 to confirm exhibit space.
Exhibit Preparation, Installation & Teardown
Exhibitors may begin to move in at 12:00 noon Monday, April 21, 2008. Heavy equipment displays should begin set-up on this day. Additional move-in will take place Tuesday, April 22, 2008, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Wednesday, April 23, 7:00 a.m. to Noon. The Expo hosts will provide an Exhibitor Service Manual to assist in exhibit planning and installation. Dismantling and removal of exhibits will begin no sooner than the close of the exhibit floor at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2008. Exhibits in booths 503-1138 must be removed by 11:00 p.m. Thursday. Exhibits in booths 103-438 must be removed no later than 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 25.
Registration Fees
Exhibitors must register all persons working in the booth. Badges must be worn at all times. A number of registrations are included in each booth purchase. Additional registrations can be purchased. Refer to the Registration Fees page for a complete description of all options and fees.
New Features in 2008
Grand Prize Giveaway!
This year, the ICTE will award one lucky winner a valuable grand prize. This prize will be awarded to a cheese manufacturer, processor, or marketer at the close of the exhibit show floor on Thursday, April 24. The winner must be present to win.
Cyber Café
One company will have the opportunity to be the exclusive sponsor for a Cyber Café on the exhibit floor. This Cyber Café will offer attendees a place to check email, surf the web, and relax.
Exclusive Lanyards
One company will have the opportunity to be the exclusive Lanyard Sponsor for the 2008 ICTE. The Lanyard Sponsor will have their company name, logo and/or URL on the lanyard worn by all event attendees.

Priority Booth Placement
WCMA will offer 2006 ICTE exhibitors that are current WCMA members the chance to reserve and select their booth space before new exhibitors in 2008. This will apply to all payments received prior to October 1, 2007.

Premium Islands in the center of the trade show floor for large exhibits.
Larger Exhibit Floor
This year's show floor will contain 313 10 x 10 booths!
