The Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference returns to the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin, April 13-14, 2011. Here, more than 1,200 cheese industry leaders from around the nation will gather to gain information about the latest in cheese technology, product safety, marketing and dairy issues affecting the cheese, butter and whey industries.
The conference, co-sponsored by Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research (WCDR), will open Wednesday morning, April 13 with a general session and Keynote address, followed by a luncheon and an afternoon tabletop mini-exposition. The day concludes with an evening of fun with our auction of Champion Cheeses. Thursday, April 14 will consist of morning and afternoon seminars and general luncheon. The conference will close Thursday evening with the United States Champion Cheese Contest Reception & Awards Banquet, open to all attendees.
