Entry & Shipping Information

How to Enter

There are three convenient ways to enter the 2008 World Championship Cheese Contest: by mail, by fax or here on the internet. Information on these choices is provided below. Each entry must be accompanied by a payment of US $60.00. To enter the contest, completely fill out a Product Entry Form pdf for each cheese or butter entered. Please photocopy for additional entries. Please note the pair of Shipping Tags enclosed. These tags should also be completed, with one tag fastened to the exterior of your shipping package, and the matching tag placed inside with your entry. Remember, each entry form must be accompanied by a payment of US $60.00. Thank you.

Entering by Mail

If entering by mail, please enclose a check payable to Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. Foreign checks must be drawn on a U.S. Bank. Entries sent by mail can also be accompanied by a completed, signed Credit Card Payment Form pdf found on the bottom of this page. Mail your Product Entry Forms and payment to:

Entering by Fax

Product Entry Forms pdf and the Credit Card Payment Form pdf can be faxed to 608-828-4551. Please note: Faxed entry forms will only be accepted if accompanied by a completed, signed Credit Card Payment Form below.

Entering on the Internet

Entering the Contest is easy and fully secure. An on-line Product Entry Form can be prepared for all your entries and sent with a click of the mouse. Secure credit card payment can also be made. Another option: download and print out our Product Entry Form pdf, Shipping Tags pdf, and Credit Card Payment Form pdf for mailing or faxing.

Shipping Your Entries

Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association has partnered with WOW Logistics to receive all contest entries and hold them for judging. Wisconsin Aging and Grading Cheese, Inc. will assist by sorting and labeling entries.

All products must be sent PREPAID. Shipments with freight charges due will not be accepted. See also "Information for International Entrants." All product entries must be received at WOW Logistics in Little Chute, WI, no later than Wednesday, March 5, 2008. Allow sufficient time for shipment to meet this deadline.
