WCMA Front-Line Supervisor Training will have your employees examining their own strengths and weaknesses in the workplace with the goal of becoming stronger leaders. Highly recommended by previous participants, this program offers proven approaches to managing others, solving problems, making decisions, and communicating, so that they can build an efficient and quality-driven team.

This cost-effective, highly-interactive, and industry-specific training is offered in three parts, with Part C focusing on personal productivity and workplace stress management.

In the personal productivity module, participants will analyze how their time is spent, learn strategies to prioritize and manage projects, and help others to do the same.

In the stress management module, participants will learn to recognize what triggers stress, learn coping techniques, and how to teach their teams to cope under stress.

The one-day training, set for Tuesday, April 9 from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., will offer value both for supervisors who are just transitioning to new roles, and for those who have been working in that capacity for years.

The tuition fee of $129 includes the cost of instruction, workbook and other materials, snacks and lunch.
