WCMA Front-Line Supervisor Training - PART A

The popular Front-Line Supervisor Trainings, offered in partnership with Madison College, are high-quality, low cost opportunities for industry employers not only to train, but also to retain their most valued workers.

Course Summary: 

This cost-effective, highly-interactive, and industry-specific training is offered in three parts, with Part A focusing on leadership essentials, including decision making and problem solving.

WCMA Front-Line Supervisor Training, offered via Madison College's experienced and energetic faculty, will have your employees examining their own strengths and weaknesses in the workplace with the goal of becoming stronger leaders. Highly recommended by previous participants, this program offers proven approaches to managing others, solving problems, making decisions, and communicating, so that they can build an efficient and quality-driven team.

Part A of the three-part Front-Line Supervisor Training focuses on leadership essentials, including decision making and problem solving.

The one-day training on Tuesday, October 22, running from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., will offer great value for both supervisors who are just transitioning to new roles, and for those who have been working in that capacity for years.

TUITION:

Tuition costs $129 per participant.  Materials, instruction, and meals are included. The classes that make up WCMA’s Front-Line Supervisor Training (Part A, B, and C) are offered à la carte, and can be taken in any order.  

NOTE: Classes – particularly those offered in Madison –   sell out quickly, as they are capped at 22 participants.
