Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Colby, Wisconsin

Responsibilities include:

  • Recommend, develop, and implement HR related policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Assist department managers with staffing, personnel research, and compensation
  • Act as the main contact for employee related issues and concerns
  • Oversee and manage employee benefits programs
  • Ensure employee benefits and payroll tax related compliance
  • Maintain employment records and oversee the weekly payroll processing
  • Manage Company 401(k) plan in conjunction with third party professionals, making weekly deposits, preparing annual census, organize eligible employee meetings, etc.
  • Carry out safety program management and compliance
  • Attend employment related events such as career fairs within the community and area colleges
  • Plan company sponsored events in conjunction with management and marketing

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources,Previous experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Capable of identifying problems and implementing solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer and software skills using Microsoft Office 365, Company’s ERP, ADP, with knowledge in PowerBI a plus

Hours/Employment Type: Full Time
