WCMA Adds Communications Staff as Member Services Grow
The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) welcomes Claudia Looze as its part-time Communications Assistant, a position which will support WCMA’s expanding array of member benefits. Looze works in partnership with Communications, Education, and Policy Director Rebekah Sweeney, focusing primarily on WCMA’s social media endeavors, video projects, and direct communications with members.
“WCMA continues to evolve to best serve members’ needs, and that includes telling their stories in more dynamic ways,” said John Umhoefer, WCMA Executive Director. “We’re excited to add Claudia to our hardworking team, and to add still more value to WCMA membership.”
Looze is an Emmy-award winning video producer, director, and editor with more than 25 years of experience, including ten years with WisconsinEye Public Affairs Network. She has been working seasonally with WCMA for the past three months, and officially joins the growing WCMA team on July 1.
WCMA now serves 103 dairy manufacturing companies and cooperatives operating across the country and around the world, backed by 576 companies that supply equipment and services to the dairy industry. To learn more about WCMA services and membership, visit WisCheeseMakers.org.
