The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) today announced CheeseExpo exhibit spaces will be available for reservation beginning on Tuesday, September 10.  Space is claimed quickly, and companies wishing to exhibit are encouraged to mark their calendars and visit CheeseExpo.org to review the live show floor plan.

Formerly known as the International Cheese Technology Expo, CheeseExpo 2020 is set for April 14-16 at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee.

“CheeseExpo is the dairy processing industry’s premier event, with more than 4,000 people attending,” said Judy Keller, WCMA Events Director.  “We offer unparalleled opportunity for suppliers to connect with their clients and contact prospects, part of the reason our exhibit hall is always fully occupied.”

In 2020, CheeseExpo will feature an expanded exhibit hall, with space for more than 300 companies to showcase technology, equipment, and services.  Booth reservation times are set by priority points, accumulated by participation in past WCMA events.  Established exhibitors can check their assigned reservation times now on CheeseExpo.org.  Note that all companies exhibiting must be WCMA members before reservations can be made.

Beyond the exhibits, CheeseExpo offers attendees ample networking events and educational seminars, hosted by WCMA and the Center for Dairy Research, and by their partner organizations including the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy, U.S. Dairy Export Council, Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, and more.  For an early look at CheeseExpo’s schedule of events, visit CheeseExpo.org.

“Nowhere else in the world will you find the collection of cutting-edge equipment, quality services, and industry insight that CheeseExpo delivers, and we encourage you to make plans to join us,” said Keller.

Due to volume, attendees should also to act now to reserve hotel rooms.  To receive special 2020 CheeseExpo rates, booking must be completed through the official online housing system, available at CheeseExpo.org.  Reservations for the block will not be accepted directly through the hotels.
