Description: We are looking for a skilled Process Sales Estimator to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our process solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, engineers, and customers to understand their needs and develop proposals that win business.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements, project specifications, and blueprints to determine the scope of work.
• Research and estimate labor, material, and equipment costs for process solutions.
• Utilize industry-standard estimating software to prepare detailed and accurate cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with engineers and other internal teams to ensure technical feasibility and pricing accuracy.
• Develop clear and concise proposals to customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or performance.
• Track, analyze, and maintain estimating data to identify trends and improve future estimates.
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract award.
• Negotiate pricing for process components with vendors to provide the best value to our customers.

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, construction, or related) preferred, or minimum 3+ years of experience in process sales estimation.
• Strong understanding of cost estimating principles and methodologies.
• Experience with process equipment, materials, and labor costs within the Food and Dairy industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel with advanced functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
