WCMA's Front-Line Leadership Training classes are designed for new and seasoned supervisors who want to better communicate, resolve conflicts, manage their time and stress, and build an efficient, loyal workforce.

Please note that all Front-Line Leadership courses are offered a la carte, and may be taken in any order.  In 2022, by member request, Front-Line leadership classes will be presented in a hybrid format, meaning that participants may choose to participate in-person at the La Quinta Inn & Suites - Madison American Center (5217 E Terrace Dr, Madison, WI 53718) or live online from anywhere in the world.
