Event Details

Please note, due to current public health concerns and the pressing workforce needs of our members, WCMA is postponing ALL scheduled March and April leadership trainings.  This includes Front-Line Leadership Trainings set for March 17 (previously messaged), March 31, April 8 and a Next Level Leadership Training set for April 22. We hope to reschedule these trainings in late May and early June, and will be in touch by April 15 with an action plan.  Thank you for your understanding and engagement.

WCMA Front-Line Leadership Training - Part B: WCMA’s Front-Line Leadership Training courses, refreshed for 2020, are high-quality, low cost opportunities for industry employers not only to train, but also to retain their most valued workers. The three courses in this training track can be taken à la carte and in any order.

Course Summary:

WCMA Front-Line Leadership Training will have your employees examining their own strengths and weaknesses in the workplace with the goal of becoming stronger leaders. Highly recommended by previous participants, this program offers proven approaches to managing others, solving problems, making decisions, and communicating, so that they can build an efficient and quality-driven team.

Part B centers on positively impacting staff performance, and will be held on Wednesday, April 8.

NOTE: Classes – particularly those offered in Madison – sell out quickly, as they are capped at 22 participants.
