ou’re invited to join us for the Dairy Food Safety Alliance meeting on Thursday, October 24 from 10 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. (CT). Meeting topics and speakers are still to be announced, but you may register in advance now. 

The Alliance, a partnership between the Center for Dairy Research (CDR) and Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA), will offer two ways to participate: in-person at WCMA's offices in Madison, Wisconsin, or online via Zoom.  

All in-person registrants are asked to pay a $45 fee to attend, which includes a catered lunch. Those who wish to attend virtually can register for the meeting at a reduced rate of $30. Virtual attendees will receive an individual Zoom link to join the meeting.

Participation in Dairy Food Safety Alliance meetings is open to all dairy manufacturers, processors, and related suppliers.
