Discussions will cover risk management, including what to do when products get stuck, buyers back out, or logistics and tariffs create setbacks. A major focus will be on extending shelf life, where the U.S. currently lags behind other markets, with conversations around packaging innovations, transportation methods, recipe adjustments, loading and shrink-wrapping techniques, machinery upgrades, and potential shelf-life studies through CDR.
