WCMA's Front-Line Leadership Training classes are designed for new and seasoned supervisors who want to better communicate, resolve conflicts, manage their time and stress, and cultivate a team mentality.

Register now for Front-Line Leadership-Part C, scheduled for November 19, 2026, which will teach participants ways to cultivate a team mentality at work. 

This course will be offered in-person only, to best serve members who prefer it. Lunch and snacks are included in the purchase price.
