WCMA Front-Line Leadership Training Part A : Essential Leadership Skills

The online Front-Line Leadership Training classes are high-quality, low cost opportunities for industry employers not only to train, but also to retain their most valued workers. Part A focuses on exploring the essential skills to be an impactful supervisor. The classes that make up WCMA’s Front-Line Leadership Training are offered à la carte, and can be taken in any order.
In 2021, these trainings will be held in a hybrid format, meaning that participants may choose to participate in-person at the La Quinta Inn & Suites - Madison American Center (5217 E Terrace Dr, Madison, WI 53718) or live online, which allows for small group and partner discussions, interactive polling features and participant chat boxes. To access the virtual training, please be sure to have a computer with webcam capabilities.
When: Tuesday, September 7, 2021. 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (CST).
Where: Madison, Wisconsin or a video chat platform, with meeting link to be emailed one week before the training.
