OSHA's Top Ten Most Frequently Cited List & Regulatory Updates

Get the latest OSHA insights directly from WCMA's OSHA Alliance partners. This session will examine OSHA's 2026 list of most frequently cited violations, emerging enforcement trends, regulatory and policy developments, and resources available to help dairy processors strengthen compliance. Bring your questions; audience Q&A is encouraged.

Featured Panel Discussion: When the Unexpected Happens - Emergency Preparedness Lessons from Dairy Processors

Emergency plans are put to the test when a tornado hits, an ammonia leak occurs, or a fire breaks out. Hear directly from dairy processors who have experienced these emergencies firsthand as they share what happened, how their teams responded, what worked, and where they discovered gaps in their preparedness.

The panel will go beyond the immediate response to explore the lessons learned afterward, including changes made to emergency plans and procedures, communication strategies, employee safety practices, and recovery efforts. Attendees will gain practical insights and ideas to help their own facilities prepare for the unexpected.
