Event Details

You’re invited to join us for WCMA's Health & Safety Group meeting on Thursday, June 13 from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. (CT).  During this program, we'll look closely at new recommendations regarding the safe handling of unpasteurized milk amid the outbreak of avian influenza in dairy herds, with an engaging and in-depth question-and-answer session with occupational health leaders.  We'll feature strategies for you to establish and execute an employee disciplinary policy related to safety violations - fairly and legally. We'll also provide a primer on the prevention of heat-related illnesses, and updates from OSHA on its Regional Emphasis Program for Food Processors and on a key clarification on its final rule related to non-employee representatives in employee inspection interviews.
