Consumer preferences, economic pressures, and marketing strategies are constantly shifting - and those shifts can have a direct impact on dairy processors' bottom line. With approximately one-third of U.S. cheese consumed through foodservice channels, it's important that dairy manufacturers and processors keep up with the changes. But accessing and understanding the data behind these shifts can be difficult.

In this free, members-only webinar, join Senior Partner Bruce Reinstein of consulting firm Kinetic12 (pictured) on an exploration of the state of the U.S. foodservice industry, and how dairy processors can align their products and marketing to grow with this key sector. WCMA Executive Director John Umhoefer moderates this one-hour session, which also includes a look at 2025 cheese production, industry CapEx, and pricing, and a live audience Q&A.
