Your Role & Impact: As Director of Quality, you'll join our leadership team to ensure rigorous oversight across both Meister Cheese and Muscoda Protein Products. Your responsibilities include:
• Leading the Quality Departments for both entities, partnering closely with Food Safety and Quality teams.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and industry best practices (GMPs, HACCP, etc.).
• Developing and executing quality control systems, metrics, and improvement plans.
• Managing and mentoring a team of food safety and quality professionals.
• Collaborating with the COO and other senior leaders on quality strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role succeeds a long-tenured Director, offering a mentorship overlap of up to 18 months to support a smooth transition.

Salary/Wages: 120,000 - 200,000
