Job Title: Lead Sales Executive/Business Development Specialist

Description: 

    • Client Acquisition: Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the commercial/industrial markets.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Needs Assessment: Conduct site assessments and collaborate with clients to identify their HVAC maintenance needs, presenting tailored solutions.
    • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
    • Revenue Growth: Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing deals.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technicians and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position the company effectively.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM systems.

    Experience, Skills and Abilities: 

    • Proven sales experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
    • College degree in sales/marketing or related field is a plus.
    • No Refrigeration or HVAC system experience required.

    Hours/Employment Type: Full Time
