Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems in production machinery and equipment as they arise. Your fabrication and welding skills assist you in your repairs. In addition to repair projects, you also complete preventative maintenance to ensure that everything is in working order. Participating in the design, fabrication, and relocation of production machinery and related equipment is an exciting part of your job. And, you love that you are never bored. Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday 
Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our production operations running efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
  • Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Using your fabrication and welding skills for equipment repairs
  • Participating in the design, fabrication, and relocation of machinery
  • Operating within a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

This is a dynamic role—no two days are the same, and your contributions are always valued.

Experience, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to grow and train to support team goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of:
    • Electrical systems (single & 3-phase up to 480V)
    • Motion controls and robotics
    • HVAC, refrigeration, boiler/water systems
    • Pneumatics and hydraulics
    • Packaging and labeling equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Welding skills meeting USDA/WDA standards
  • Forklift, boom, and platform lift operation experience
  • Ability to work safely at heights and in a variety of conditions
  • Dependable attendance to meet production and customer needs

Hours/Employment Type: Full Time, 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday 

Salary/Wages: The starting wage for this role begins at $27–$37/hour (based on experience)
Incentive Bonus Program: Earn up to 6% of your gross wages annually
Top earnings: Up to $44/hour through our skill-based pay system and apprenticeship program
Accelerated Paid Vacation for experienced technicians
