Description: The Quality Applications Analyst ERP investigates, troubleshoots, analyzes, designs, documents, configures and tests Agropur Ingredients’ ERP system as well as other custom and off-the-shelf software applications with a view to contributing to their support and evolution. Software validation and verification is also a key responsibility within this role. The Quality Applications Analyst ERP has a vested interest in using technology to solve business challenges.
Represent the Agropur USA Quality Team in all ERP activities.
Assist with the evaluation, design and implementation of Food Safety and Quality elements and procedures within the ERP system and supporting software (WMS, Quality Modules and Reporting systems, LIMS).
Ensure the ERP system and supporting software upholds Good Manufacturing Practices and requirements of FSMA, Food Safety and forward/back Traceablity.
Collaborate with Agropur US departments to ensure specification updates are sustainable in electronic inventory systems.
Maintain verifications of electronically generated stock Quality Documentation (COAs, Specifications) produced by ERP system.
Validate system data migration, updates and process changes within the ERP system that affect Quality systems and functionality.
Ensure operator usability and intuitive, user-friendly interfaces are maintained within the QA modules.
Provide ongoing support to the Quality team during and after implementation with operational updates (specifications, sampling plans, test methods).
Design Quality reports to help drive business decisions.
Resource individuals on the Quality Team at all levels (Quality Office, Plant Quality, Lab) to transfer relevant requirements and knowledge.
Train individuals on use of Quality systems within the ERP and supporting systems.
Develop and implement organization procedures to electronic system workflows.
Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- The Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Biology, Food Science or related field required.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Minimum four (4) years of experience in Food Quality and Food Safety in a manufacturing environment required.
Experience working in Quality modules within an ERP system required.

- LIMS experience preferred.
