WCMA Launches CheeseExpo 2026 Registration, Sponsorships 

Explore CheeseExpo.org now to get engaged in the world's largest cheese, butter, whey and cultured dairy products processing event, set for April 14-16, 2026 at the newly renovated Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The new website, launched by conference hosts Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR), offers all the early details dairy professionals need to start making their plans for the upcoming event: registration, exhibitor, and sponsorship information; lodging details; and more.

Schedule 

CheeseExpo 2026 brings together thousands of global dairy processing industry leaders, suppliers and marketers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The event kicks off on Tuesday, April 14 with multiple networking gatherings. On Wednesday, April 15, a morning of learning flows into a jam-packed trade show on CheeseExpo’s largest-ever exhibit floor, showcasing booths from trusted dairy industry supplier partners. On Thursday, April 16, CheeseExpo brings with another day of exhibits, educational seminars, and events honoring excellence in dairy processing, including the elegant World Champions Awards Banquet. 

Registration & Lodging 

Attendees can choose from a Full Registration pass for complete access to CheeseExpo’s exhibits, seminars, and networking events, or a Single Day Registration for Wednesday, April 15 or Thursday, April 16. Dairy processors can also purchase an Exhibits Registration pass, allowing them economical access to the exhibit floor and unbeatable networking opportunities. Also on the website, act fast to secure hotel rooms at exclusive rates using CheeseExpo’s official online lodging system. 

Exhibits 

CheeseExpo 2026 expands into the larger, state-of-the-art Baird Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. An unprecedented array of exhibits from around the globe will fill the 285,000-square-foot trade show floor, including the all-new Partners in Innovation Pavilion, the Collegiate Dairy Products Evaluation Contest, and a hands-on Cheese Grading Workshop. 

WCMA supplier members will be invited to review and purchase available booth space based on WCMA’s ranked-order Priority Points system. Full information for exhibitors, including a list of companies’ pre-assigned sign-up dates and times, can be found at CheeseExpo.org.
