Description: iXAPACK GLOBAL is a French family-owned company created in 1973 that designs and manufactures Weighing, Cutting, Wrapping and Packaging equipment for companies in the food and cosmetics sectors.

The company is located in the west of France, on a single production site, where all machines are designed and manufactured from A to Z, from customer's request to final installation of the equipment. The company is anchored in France but also has a large international clientele, particularly in the United States, where it has a subsidiary in Wisconsin.

A “Made in France" industry, where the goal of the company's 220 employees is to contribute to the innovation of tomorrow's industrial equipment. To pursue this strategy in the USA, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative in this region.

Technical Sales Representative Description

You will be accompanied on site by the US Sales Manager, to be part of the development of the sales strategy in the United States, and your main missions will be:

- Identify and develop our customer portfolio, through phone calls, e-mails and on-site sales visits;

- Present the company's equipment and services to current and potential partners;

- Reporting your actions on the company's CRM tool;

- Generate new business opportunities in conjunction with the US Business Manager;

- To operate in accordance with the company's ethics and principles.

This list is not exhaustive and may be completed by other tasks requested by the Sales Department.

Experience, Skills and Abilities: 

- You have 2-3 years of experience in sales of packaging machines, food and/or cosmetics, preferably in a similar industry, and have a Degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant experience of technical field.

- You have solid experience in sales, including prospecting.

- You are autonomous, you have a sense of customer service, good interpersonal skills and you are used to customer appointments

- You are comfortable working with computer tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook...)

- For this position, speaking French would be a plus but is not mandatory

- Frequent travel is required in the United States (Approximately 50 % - driving license required) and in France for basic training on our machines and processes.

Hours/Employment Type: Full Time

Salary/Wages: Commensurate with Experience
