Job Title: Production Support

Company: Crystal Farms Dairy Co.

Location: Lake Mills, WI 

Description: The Production Support role ensures continuous, high-volume production line efficiency by feeding material to the line, operating equipment, and performing quality checks while adhering to safety (GMP/HACCP) standards. Responsibilities include packing, assembling, machine monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining sanitary conditions. Requires standing for long periods, lifting, and working in varied environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Line Operations - Feed, load, and monitor materials and packaging into production machinery to ensure continuous operation
Quality and Safety Control - Inspect products for defects, ensure proper sealing and labeling, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards
Packaging and Assembly - Manually assemble, fill, seal, and pack finished goods for shipment
Troubleshooting - Assist with line startups, shutdowns, and minor machinery troubleshooting or adjustments
Housekeeping - Maintain clean, safe workstations and sanitation standards

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience with food manufacturing, packing, or assembly preferred
Ability to read and follow recipes, instructions, or safety guidelines
Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot, cold, and noisy environments
Willingness to work varied shifts, weekends, or overtime
