WCMA, CDR Announce New Wastewater Fundamentals Short Course
New dairy wastewater technicians and dairy processors looking to sharpen their wastewater management skills can register now for the all-new Wastewater Fundamentals Short Course, a one-day, in-person training offered by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR).
“This course is a practical, hands-on introduction to a critically important part of dairy plant operations,” said John Umhoefer, WCMA Executive Director. “We’re proud to partner with CDR and industry experts to provide this unique educational opportunity.”

Topics covered will include:
- Key objectives of wastewater treatment
